Distinctive Woodwork Ltd.  is a woodworking company based in Edmonton, Alberta, established in June 2021 by Andrei Fedor on his journey with woodworking.

Andrei grew up in Edmonton, Alberta. Early on, he spent summers at the family cottage, where there was always something to do or fix. This is where he laid  his foundation for woodworking. He rebuilt the family cottage with his own two hands, from floor to ceiling- there wasn't much that hadn't been repaired.  He got a taste for working with his hands and decided to pursue a career in cabinetmaking. To him, it was all about the details. 

He dove right in and started working at a bespoke cabinet shop, specializing in high-end residential and commercial projects. He realized this is what he wanted to do. He has attended NAIT & SAIT for his secondary education in the field of Cabinetmaking.

In addition to woodworking, Andrei had been a partner in a general contracting company. He learned all aspects of the business from start to finish- overseeing and coordinating projects- which gave him the confidence to go out on his own.
